Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill

The Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill was a refresh SKU to replace the original popular woodfire grill. The requirements for this project was to maintain the units footprint, minimal new tooling and cost focused.

New Product Development​

  • Worked closely with industrial design team in providing requirements for new leg parts that maintained all requirements of stabilization, PCBA clearance and part splits

  • Diagnosed all testing failures with root cause analysis, temperature mapping and packaging improvements

  • Reviewer of all EBOMs for material selection and tooling DFMs for plastic parts
